Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P & IDs):  Status One Designs produces P & IDs to meet the documentation needs of major manufacturing concerns.  Proficient in MicroStation J, Plantspace Schematics and the Microsoft Office suite of products, our drafters generate mechanical flow diagrams which illustrate the process, function and equipment for specific segments of plant operations.

Equipment Arrangement Drawings:  Our CAD team puts together drawings that indicate dimensions, orientation, and equipment labeling for both as-built situations and new floor space utilizations.

Plant Readiness Drawings:  In order to keep potential future transition costs to a minimum, we work with plant process engineers to produce CAD documentation and electronic document control procedures which  facilitate upgrades and  the integration of new products.

Site Utility Mapping:  Using both our CAD and Survey Departments, Status One has the capability to identify and verify underground utilities.  This approach allows a facility to maintain uninterrupted utility service during new construction projects.

FDA & Safety Compliance:  Status One is well aware of how critical both FDA and safety compliance issues are to the industrial environment.  Our CAD team works with industrial staff to provide all documentation necessary to meet FDA compliance requirements.  We work with plant safety coordinators to ensure that all "redlines" and review comments are acted upon in a timely manner prior to final document distribution.
